Brand Strategy

Lisbon Beer Department was built on an uncommon idea: direct competitors collaborating to expand craft beer culture beyond niche audiences.

  • Shared communication strategy across multiple breweries
  • Alignment of messaging between brand identities
  • Coordination with PR partners and event promotion
  • Digital planning for collective and individual channels

The objective was scale – positioning Marvila as a beer district and hosting street events attracting thousands of visitors.

Product Photography & Collaboration Beers

  • Product photography for collaboration beers across brands
  • Visual consistency across distinct brewery identities
  • Fast production cycles aligned with beer launches
  • Adaptable formats for social, e-commerce and press

The product visuals became a key media asset for the collective. Photos were widely distributed through newspapers, radio features, and television coverage – serving as the primary visual reference for press stories about Lisbon Beer Department and its collaboration beers.

After-movie – Event Storytelling

  • Aftermovies for Ouro, Incenso e Birra
  • Promotional video content tied to charity initiatives
  • Oktoberfesta – large-scale street beer festival in Marvila
  • Horizontal formats optimized for Facebook & Website

Context

Events combined concerts, talks, beer launches and street activation – turning a brewery district into a cultural destination and attracting thousands of visitors.

Saúde Pack – E-commerce Pivot

Challenge

During Covid restrictions, on-site consumption disappeared. The collective needed a unified way to keep beer moving and audiences engaged.

Execution

Developed a shared “Saúde Pack” concept with product visuals, landing page build, and direct links to each brewery’s online shop – combining content, e-commerce logic, and coordinated communication.
