Photography — product-in-use at a company event

Showing a Product in Real Hands — Wooclap

Wooclap wanted photographs of real people using their platform — not screenshots. Across their annual gathering, roughly a hundred colleagues became the users: on phones and laptops, in both corporate and classroom scenarios.

Overview

Wooclap makes live, interactive learning — the kind of tool that only makes sense once you see someone actually using it. So instead of sterile UI mockups, the brief was to photograph the platform genuinely in hand: real people, real screens, real engagement.

The catch was the setting — the company’s annual gathering, around a hundred people, a busy room with a lot happening at once. The job was to make that feel intentional and on-brand, frame after frame.

What I Delivered

  • Product-in-use stills on both mobile and laptop
  • A corporate-scenario set and an educational-scenario set — Wooclap’s two core markets
  • Candid engagement — people leaning in, voting, reacting
  • Clean, retouched images ready for the website, decks and social

Why This Piece Matters

A hard room, made to look easy

A hundred people in one space is chaos to shoot cleanly. The work was reading the room, getting close to the moments that show the product doing its job, and keeping every frame usable and on-brand.

Real beats rendered

For B2B, authentic product-in-use imagery — actual hands, actual screens — is far more persuasive than a polished mockup. It shows the tool in the world, not in a vacuum.
